The Site is the marketing and informational website for Spence Heritage Press, an independent educational publisher. We publish:

• The Legacy Series — large-print coloring books for senior readers
• The Young Learners Series — classroom coloring books for ages 4–7
• Companion picture books and forthcoming series, including The Shiba Force

Books are sold primarily through Amazon, IngramSpark, and direct bulk orders. The Site does not process retail transactions.

2. Intellectual Property

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
