Our hosting provider (Netlify) and standard web technologies log basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you view, the time of your visit, and the website that referred you (if any). We don't use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or session-replay tools.

Cookies

This site doesn't set marketing or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set technical cookies necessary for the site to function properly and to prevent spam form submissions.

Third-party fonts

We load typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser loads a font from Google's servers, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information. We have no control over Google's data practices. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you give us to:

• Send you the newsletter or release notifications you signed up for

Although our books are for children, this website is intended for adults — parents, teachers, librarians, activity directors, and other caregivers who purchase or recommend books for the children in their lives.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us at info@spenceheritagepress.com and we will delete it promptly.

We retain form submission data for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain ordinary business records, after which we delete or anonymize it. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.

8. International Visitors

This website is operated from the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
